1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and 13Beacons, LLC, a California limited liability company based in Yucaipa, California. They govern your use of our website at 13beacons.com. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

Each app we publish has its own terms. Those terms govern that app.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information and is part of this agreement.

2. Using the site

You may browse and read the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, republish, or sell the site's content, design, or code without our written permission.
• Scrape the site, overload it, or try to break, probe, or bypass its security.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to misrepresent who you are.

3. Our content and brand

The site's text, design, code, graphics, the 13Beacons name, and the 13Beacons logo belong to 13Beacons, LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing here gives you a right to use them. Linking to our homepage is fine.

4. Things you send us

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, we can use them freely without owing you anything. Please do not send us anything confidential.

5. Product information

Descriptions of apps or features in development are previews, not promises. Features, timing, pricing, and availability can change or be cancelled at any time.

6. Links to other sites

The site may link to sites and app stores we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

7. No warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, 13Beacons, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $50. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Governing law

California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in San Bernardino County, California. Before filing anything, email hello@13beacons.com and give us 30 days to resolve it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.

11. Everything else

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing something once does not waive it later. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about the site.
